I Tried Arbonne for 30 days, and I’ve Got Some Questions

Of course, I’d heard about Arbonne, but beyond ordering the odd product here and there, I hadn’t really looked into it, until now. And here’s what I found.

Have you been thinking about trying the Arbonne 30 Day Health Cleanse? If you’re worrying about how to do an Arbonne 30 day reset, I have some frequently asked questions (and answers) for you based on my Arbonne 30 day cleanse review.

Is Arbonne Vegan?

I just completed Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living Program and my first thought is…

Where are all the vegan people?!

Why isn’t this program absolutely flooded with Plant-Based folk?!

I actually started Arbonne on a whim when my friend said that she was going to do it. ‘Why not…’ I thought. The ravages of the Covid pandemic on my daily life and schedule had left me with bad habits and 20 extra pounds that weren’t budging.

However, as I navigated the information so I could learn what I was getting myself into, I became more and more convinced that this program and these products were absolutely created to encourage and support plant-based eating.

OPTIMIZE YOUR RESULT

Here are some helpful tips and food groups to supplement your routine beyond our nutrition products.

WHOLE FOODS

Whole, plant-based foods are more nutrient dense than processed or fast foods, which are typically high in saturated fat, calories, sugar and sodium — and low in beneficial nutrients like vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and unsaturated fat.
Some of the most important nutrients our bodies need can be found in fruits and vegetables. They are a bountiful source of vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, water and many other essential nutrients that support a broad range of bodily functions.

VEGAN PROTEINS

Many plant-based foods and fruits like brown rice, cranberries and algae such as chlorella, as well as chia, flax and hemp seeds contain protein. Some of the best sources of plant-based protein are legumes like peas, kidney beans, chickpeas and snow peas.

That’s what I’m talking about!!

I mean, vegans need resets too! We aren’t always perfect eaters. And lets face it, mainstream programs don’t usually focus on Plant-Based people. They may have a ‘vegan option’ or 2, but we are always having to substitute stuff, and basically get the short end of the stick.

With Arbonne, Every. Single. One of their products are literally formulated to be Vegan! It’s their selling point. Their purpose. Their intention. Their PRIORITY.

As Vegans, we need to make sure that we are getting all of our nutrients, and as a former ‘Junk Food Vegetarian’, I know that you can easily slip into convenience and processed foods that are technically vegan, but aren’t supporting your health.

I know, cause I had slipped.

My Arbonne 30 Day Results

As a vegan of nine years and a graduate of a Health Supportive Cooking School, I had all the tools. I’ve got a boatload of my own whole food vegan recipes right on this website, and I even have two recipes published in The Vegucated Family Table!

But I still found myself adrift.

What I needed was to get back to the basics that I’ve been espousing for years, and that’s what this 30 day reset helped me to do.

One of the most beautiful parts of the program was that, as a vegan, I was uniquely positioned to absolutely THRIVE on this 30 day cleanse.

I made minimal changes like switching to Chicpea pasta, ditching the soy (except fermented soy), swapping almond butter for peanut butter, and sweet potatoes for white potatoes.

While the other people were struggling to ditch the cheese and minimize the meat, I was chillin.

So again, I thought…where are all the VEGAN people!!

I think with MLMs, people can get turned off by the sell, sell, SELL! attitude that can be attached to them. But deciding to start talking about Arbonne is not about the business for me.

My business focus is still bringing my brand MSL Bags to life. I’ve been working for the past couple of years on my line of Eco-fabulous reusable grocery bags, and THAT is the work I put all my effort into these days.

The addition of Arbonne into my world is because this 30 day reset came into my life right when I needed it. I think its perfect for plant-based eaters, and l think its a beneficial and worthwhile endeavor.

Especially now when we are all topsy turvy, and especially for the Plant-Based folk who often get left out of the equation.

What came out of these 30 days for me was more energy, a renewed sense of passion, a resetting of my eating and exercise habits, and 9.5 less pounds!

And while most of the vegan recipes that they provided were pretty good,  I found that I just needed more.

So I put together a link on my page that offers a little bit more information on what this program is about. There’s even a section I created ONLY for Plant-Based people!

There’s also a link to my shop page, and coming soon, I’ll start putting together a collection of the recipes that I used on the 30 day program, because I think that there are others out there that might be looking for the same experience.

So really vegan people, check it out, cuz Arbonne was MADE for us!
