Peach Pie Breakfast Oats

This recipe is inspired by the fresh peaches I had while visiting Roloff farms a few weeks ago. It uses raw oats, but if you had cooked oatmeal it would be just as jammin!

Peach Pie Breakfast Oats

I love breakfast bowls. They are so easy to make and you can use whatever you have on hand to create something delicious.

This time I made one that has the flavors of pumpkin pie, but is just right for starting your day with something healthy! Its got fresh peaches and pecans, and some hemp seeds for a little crunch and extra nutrients.

Not only is it super filling, its delicious!

  1. Your recipes are SO YUMMY!!!

  2. Now I m not saying I invented overnight oats because I absolutely didn t. And I wasn t eating cold oatmeal before anyone else because I m sure it s been eaten cold for centuries. But I have been eating cold, milk soaked oatmeal my entire life.

    • I love oatmeal in all its variations, but I admit, I have NOT eaten it my entire life! I wish I had known about it when I was a kid, my daughter loves it. I’d be curious to find out when it first appears in culinary literature. Its probably along the lines of milk-toast. Do you have any favorite incarnations? I’d love to hear.
